⦁    Remove RECOVERY after 24-48 hours (or 4 days for large scale or colorwork) while removing, start at the top or the film and pull upwards, or starting at the bottom pulling downwards. We recommend doing this in the shower under warm water to help remove the adhesive. (if in traditional bandage, remove in ONE HOUR) It normal for blood/plasma to pool in the wrap.
*If you have redness, or irritation around RECOVERY take it off. If it leaks, take it off and follow these directions, if irritation occurs, you may have an allergy to medical adhesive*

⦁    After removing RECOVERY (or traditional bandage) wash the tattoo with warm water and DIAL ANTI BACTERIAL SOAP with clean hands. (wash quickly, and gently in five minutes or less making sure to remove all the plasma and goo!)

 

⦁    Once washed, AIR DRY the tattoo with NO LOTIONS until the next morning.

⦁    The next morning you will begin a regimen of washing the tattoo TWICE a day, (we prefer the morning, and before bed) after air drying completely, using a THIN layer of a NON-scented ALCOHOL-FREE lotion like Curel or Lubriderm. Use only a small amount and rub THOROUGHLY into the skin (even if tattoo is sore and peeling) until absorbed. Use only the necessary amount to entirely saturate the skin and wipe off excess moisture. LEAVING MOISTURE ON YOUR TATTOO WILL CREATE SCABBING!

⦁    The tattoo will peel, itch and may scab. Do NOT pick pull or scratch the skin, and allow them to fall off naturally, doing otherwise will cause ink to fall out of the tattoo.

⦁    Try not to rub, hit or scratch the tattoo area, keep away from all pet and pet fur, wear clean clothes, sleep with clean sheets and LIMIT SUN EXPOSURE. Until the tattoo is healed. Avoid sun, swimming pools, lakes, hot springs, rivers, oceans, seas, swamps (idk what you’re into) for two weeks or until the tattoo is COMPLETELY healed. Five-minute showers or less!

⦁    DO NOT DO WHAT YOUR FRIENDS TELL YOU. DO NOT USE PRODUCTS THEY GIVE YOU. WE CANNOT GUARANTEE HOW YOUR TATTOO WILL HEAL.
