The White Lodge Tattoo and Gallery opened in May of 2016 by the owner and fellow artist Aften Willcuts. Over the last 5 years the shop has grown into an amazing space attracting other like minded Artists and an extremely talented crew. The shops crew ranges in styles and preferences but also allows for a safe and clean place for clients and artists to communicate and be. Good vibes only.

Kira Knowlton is a 25 year old Colorado native, and 2nd year tattooer based out of White Lodge.
Kira does her best work when given total custom and creative freedom to interpret your ideas, designing vivid tattoos that tell a story, while filling space and complimenting anatomy.
Nick has been tattooing since 2007. Within those years he has worked in several shops from Grand Junction to Denver. He has attended numerous conventions and seminars to better hone his skills and further his education on the latest in Tattoo technology. He enjoys many art styles and mediums such as; oil painting, digital art, sculpting, photography, metal fabrication and graphic design which have all contributed to his particular style of tattooing. Nick also enjoys riding and working on motorcycles, spending time in nature, traveling, playing/writing music and spending time with his friends and family.

A forth generation resident of Glenwood Springs, Tanis has grown up surrounded by artists and creative minds his whole life. He began apprenticing under the crew of whitelodge in October of 2019. He is currently beginning his first year of tattooing exploring various styles; Anything from American/Japanese Traditional, Neotraditional, Dark Art, and Realism. Always with a preference for all things spooky. “Each new day offers an opportunity to learn something more, and refine what was learned the day before.”
Originally from the small town of Rifle, Colorado, Matt has been tattooing professionally since early 2016. After tattooing in Denver for two years, Matt decided to come back home to the mountains and joined the White Lodge crew back in May of 2018. His favorite styles to make include American Traditional, Japanese Traditional, black and grey realism, and anything video game or cartoon related. With over 25 years of practicing art, Matt is more than happy to create something beautiful and unique that you can wear for the rest of your life.
